Ticketfix is een app voor het betalen en aanvechten van parkeerboetes. Het fungeert verder ook als hulpmiddel waarmee u uw parkeerboetes overzichtelijk kunt bewaren zodat u op elk moment een parkeerboete kan betalen, aanvechten of terugvinden.

Om tijdig uw parkeerboete aan te vechten, wordt u geadviseerd om uw boete binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst bij Ticketfix in te geven

Disclaimer: Ticketfix kan enkel en alleen parkerboetes aanvechten die werden uitgegeven door de gemeente. Boetes opgelegd door federale autoriteiten zijn uitgesloten. Ticketfix is ook niet in staat om parkeerboetes aan te vechten die in behandeling zijn bij een deurwaarder.

Pour contester votre redevance dans un temps opportun, nous vous conseillons de soumettre votre demande sur TicketFix dans les 7 jours après la réception du ticket.

Noter que TicketFix peut contester exclusivement les redevances imposées par les autorités municipales. Contestation des amandes fédéraux / amendes imposées par les autorités de police (par exemple, excès de vitesse) sont exclus. De même, TicketFix ne peut pas contester des redevances impliquant une demande de paiement par un huissier.

Simply scan your ticket using your smartphone or manually insert your ticket reference number and your ticket will be stored on your mobile device. TicketFix enables you to Fight your Parking tickets in case these were not rightfully imposed.
Payment can easily be made with one push on the button either immediately on the spot, or, when convenient at a later stage. Moreover, TicketFix also offers you the possibility to contest parking tickets should these not have been rightfully imposed.
